Various grenade launchers and small arms were also applied. As a result of the shelling of Kominternovo, two buildings were damaged at Kirova St., 30 and 36.

Defending the Republic, one DPR Armed Forces soldier perished, one was wounded.

According to our reconnaissance data, the permanent location of a 10-strong group of foreign mercenaries was detected in the vicinity of Topolinoye locality (30 km to the contact line), the main task of whom is to conduct sabotage and provocative actions in cooperation with units of the 36th separate marine brigade

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, under the leadership of Viktor Muzhenko, having failed to cope with the task of disarming illegal formations, has begun carrying out activities related to the introduction into the volunteer nationalist battalions of officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces directly subordinate to the General Staff. These actions have caused an upsurge of indignation and discontent among nationalists, who are accustomed to dictate their conditions to the command and act on their own. One of the victims of such General Staff;s actions was Major Petrenko, an AFU officer, seconded by the so-called 'ATO' zone headquarters to oversee the 8th battalion of the so-called "Ukrainian Volunteer Army" stationed in the Mariupol area. Having hardly worked in the unit for a week, Petrenko went missing. To investigate the fact of the officer's disappearance, a SBU operational group arrived in the responsibility zone of the battalion.

Also, there was noted the arrival of additional special units of the national guard and military law enforcement service in the zone of military operations to pacify the volunteer battalions and prevent attempts to leave the so-called 'ATO' zone to participate in the rebellion actions to be held on October 14 in Kiev. The military prosecutor's office has set the task of initiating criminal cases, up to accusations of separatism, against the most authoritative and threatening leaders and commanders of nationalist units.
