The enemy continues terrorizing the civilian population of our Republic, conducting targeted bombardments of infrastructure facilities.

For instance, according to our intelligence, yesterday's attack with application of 152-mm artillery against the territory Kominternovo village was inflicted by artillerymen of the 4th division of the 40th separate artillery brigade. The shelling was personally led by Lieutenant Colonel Mamedov, commander of the battalion.

The strike was intended against a high-voltage power transmission line mast. The tower being destroyed, the localities of Kominternovo, Dzerzhinskoye, Leninskoye, Novaya Tavriya, Zaichenko are still without power supply.

These were deliberate actions of the punishers, aimed at genocide of the population of Donbass, especially in the run-up to the cold season.

The criminal actions by the official will not go unnoticed. We are collecting evidence of the direct guilt of Ukrainian criminals. And at one point, each of them will be detained when leaving Ukraine, based on the decisions of international courts.
